Lydia is a seasoned professional known for her sharp eye for numbers and meticulous attention to detail, boasting over
15+ years of combined accounting and management experience. Her diverse background spans managing large family-owned wineries, small businesses across various industries, and overseeing trust accounts, financial statements, distributions, and general accounting services.
Additionally, with 15+ years of experience as an executive assistant, Lydia excels in organizing and supporting C-suite management, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining strict confidentiality. Committed to giving back, Lydia is an active member of the Active 20-30 Club of Napa #57, a registered 501(c)(3) charity organization, reflecting her dedication to professional excellence and community involvement.
